Ron has more than 20 years of leadership and visionary experience and has been instrumental in developing creative place based, human service solutions. He brings a vision and solutions oriented attitude to each project, aligning the correct team and resources to ensure your project achieves your objectives. He has received multiple awards for his leadership approach, pioneering organizational, community, and neighborhood visions and plans as well as federal advocacy efforts to help drive systems change.
Ron is grounded as a social justice leader and advocate, driving organizational equity efforts to ensure public attitudes and organizational policies create a more socially just society guided by the vision of human rights in order to address and change socio-economic inequities.
